Welcome to the Faversham Lakes Residents pages, created by the Residents Association for the residents, your one stop single point of communication from the Resident's Committee
This is a new page to hold updates and give a single reference point for Faversham Lakes Residents Association updates. Those updates will primarily be Management Company updates and committee meeting minutes.

Residents Association Meetings for 2026 to be announced 4 weeks before each one. First meeting was held 22nd April 2026 at 6:30pm, minutes are available on the Meeting Minutes. The next one will follow in August, though there may be a short meeting to discuss parking and Firstport settlement after letters are sent by Anderson.
Registration process is on Minutes page but is simplified this time, please send an email to favershamlakesresidents@gmail.com and a meeting link will be sent out on the Sunday before.
