Welcome to the Faversham Lakes Residents pages, created by the Residents Association for the residents, your one stop single point of communication from the Resident's Committee
This is a new page to hold updates and give a single reference point for Faversham Lakes Residents Association updates. Those updates will primarily be Management Company updates and committee meeting minutes.

The 2nd coffee morning to The Cafe On The Creek will take place Thursday 25th June 10.30am. Meet at the Show Home on Evers Road.
We are currently working closely with the developer and local councillors to help finalise how the new Community Hub will be used. This exciting new resource is intended to support community-focused activities rather than commercial use.
We’ve included some recent pictures of what the resource looks like now it’s furnished (Note the furnishing has been sourced and donated by donors, not Anderson).
Furniture is expected to be moveable for different kinds of activities.
Alongside defining usage, we are working through the practical considerations of running the facility. As a volunteer-led group, this includes establishing:
- Key holder responsibilities
- Booking processes
- Interested community groups
- Cleaning arrangements
- Health and safety requirements
There are a number of complexities to resolve, but we are making steady progress. We appreciate your patience as we work through these, as opening dates are not yet confirmed.
If you have relevant experience or would like to help shape this community resource, we would love to hear from you. Initially this is just to try to get a view of who might have time to input and how as we try to create an operating model.

Residents Association Meetings for 2026 to be announced 4 weeks before each one. First meeting was held 22nd April 2026 at 6:30pm, minutes are available on the Meeting Minutes. The next one will follow in August, though there may be a short meeting to discuss parking and Firstport settlement after letters are sent by Anderson.
Registration process is on Minutes page but is simplified this time, please send an email to favershamlakesresidents@gmail.com and a meeting link will be sent out on the Sunday before.
